🎓 Phlebotomy
Our Phlebotomy training program offers a comprehensive 2-day course for individuals looking to learn venipuncture, the surgical puncture of a vein for blood extraction. Participants will gain both theoretical and practical training, covering topics such as legal aspects, infection control, and health and safety. Join us and become a skilled phlebotomist with hands-on practice and experienced instructors.
🎓 Basic Life Support
This course can be adapted to suit a variety of audiences, from the complete novice to those who are skilled but feel their resuscitation skills need updating. Audiences range from parents, school staff and other first aiders through to dentists, nurses and other healthcare professionals. The training is in line with the Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines and can be adapted to suit the clients' respects to what age group they may be resuscitating, be it babies, children or adults.
🎓 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
this course is designed for people who want to receive training in emergency first aid and is especially suited for nominated first aiders in smaller, low risk working environments and places of work. More than 7000 courses available.
🎓 First Aid at Work (2 day Refresher)
The course aims to update and refresh a previously qualified first aider who has already taken the 3 days course. This 2 day refresher is required every 3 years, though it is recommended that a yearly renewal should be considered. More than 4000 open / public courses available
🎓 First Aid At Work (FAW)
This 3 day course is run in conjunction with our partners at British Red Cross and St Johns Ambulance and is designed to give the end user an in depth knowledge of First Aid so that he/she can fulfil First Aider responsibilities at their place of work. The course provides a comprehensive set of practical skills, thus giving the first aider both the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies at work. It also meets the standards required to help comply with Health and Safety (First aid) regulations. More than 5000 open courses available
🎓 First Response Emergency Care Level 3
The First Response Emergency Care Level 3 FREC Level 3 training equips individuals with vital skills for delivering emergency medical care in high-risk environments. Covering essential topics like basic life support and trauma management, this course empowers participants to respond confidently and effectively in emergencies.
🎓 First Response Emergency Care Level 4
First Response Emergency Care Level 4 training, awarded by Qualsafe Awards, is a 5-day course for healthcare professionals and first responders. It covers patient assessment, airway management, pharmacology, and trauma care through simulation training. Completing this course equips individuals with high-quality emergency care skills for professional development or workplace care.
🎓 Canine First Aid
Understanding basic first aid for your dog will give you the skills to assist them and prevent them from getting worse before professional help is given by your vet. The certificate is valid for 3 years. All students will receive a free login area to our website where you can download a free student manual and control other settings. Online students can print off their certificate online on completion, and classroom students will receive an official ProTrainings wall certificate and wallet card in the post after the course. The content of this and all our courses has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and come with a Certified CPD Statement as well as a ProTrainings Certificate and for online courses an Evidence Based Learning statement.

Emergency First Aid for Forestry EFAW+F is a specialized course for forestry workers which equips participants with vital skills and techniques to handle emergencies in their unique work environment. Covering emergency response, proper use of equipment, legal requirements, and more, this training is essential for ensuring safety and professionalism in the field.
🎓 Mental Health First Aid
This course provides those undertaking the course the ability to have a conversation in a non judgemental way, moreover be able to recognise the signs and common symptoms of mental health and be able to support anyone afflicted towards the right mental health care support. Candidates will achieve a thorough understanding of what affects mental health and environmental factors that might affect a persons wellbeing, as well as hands on learning to identify the triggers and trigger signs that indicate a mental illness, including when to know the time is right to engage, reassure and support a person in distress. All candidates will receive a mental health manual, progressive workbook, and for line managers CPD to assist their ongoing learning.

🎓 Paediatric First Aid 1 Day
This course is in line with the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and meets the needs of Ofsted. It is suitable for Child minders, Nursery and School staff (dealing with Foundation Stage) and anybody who deals with children and wants a more in-depth course. This one day (6 hour) course is delivered at your venue, by a paediatric specialist and includes both theory and practical sessions.

🎓 Tracheostomy
The course aims to ensure staff have sufficient knowledge to work with an individual with a tracheostomy safely and effectively. A vital course for any staff who come into contact with service users who have a tracheostomy.
🎓 Venepuncture
Attending this course will update your theory skills and provide the opportunity for practice before carrying out the procedure in a work environment. Following the theory of venepuncture there will be a practical session designed to offer all participants the chance to put their skills into practice in a controlled environment.

Our Cannulation course sets out to cover aspects relating to knowledge of when Cannulatoin is required within the practice. By the end of the course, delegates will be able to work within the guidelines for Cannulation. They will be able to demonstrate the principles of aseptic non touch technique which is closely related to Catheterisation.
🎓 Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 2)
The Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work allows learners to learn develop and demonstrate the skills required for Emergency First Aid specifically Role and responsibility of a First Aider Assessment of an incident Attending to a range of casualties such as minor injuries unresponsiveness choking shock external bleeding The qualification is designed for those who need to be able to undertake Emergency First Aid generally in a work environment as a first line First Aider but may be used for all staff as part of an induction programme.
🎓 First Aid Annual Skills Update
The newly revised First Aid at Work Regulations now require all First Aiders to refresh their first aid skills on an annual basis. The minimum recommendation is a 3 hour refresher training course once per year. This course is often confused with the First Aid at Work Requalification course which is a 2 day course required to be completed prior to the expiry date of the holders First Aid at Work (3 day course). This annual skills update course should ideally be attended so that those qualified remain competent to carry out first aid duties in the workplace.
